The Colchester Gladiators kicked off their 2018 season with a hard fought win against the newly promoted Wembley Stallions. The North London team took advantage of some early season mistakes to keep the game and scoreline close but the Gladiators’ offence was in fine form, holding on to the ball, eating up the clock, and keeping the visitors at arms’ length.
